Hello friends
Several weeks ago I was blessed to be given the “Milestone Blogger Award” from Holly Bird, who is a fellow blogger. The Milestone Blogger Award was created to honor those who have helped other bloggers to succeed. Holly Bird was a personal mentor and life coach, specializing in marriage, spiritual and healthcare, for over 30 years. She now blogs on her website hollysbirdnest.com where she provides encouragement and mentorship to others. In addition to blogging she has recently published a fantastic book on her journey from being a wife to a caregiver. You can find out more about her book and where to purchase it at: Shaken Dreams. I want to thank Holly publicly for all the encouragement and inspiration that she has given to me this past year.
My Goals
1. To continue to work at establishing my blog and making improvements along the way. The writing part of blogging comes rather easy for me. The technical part of creating a website is a huge learning curve. I have been known to tell my husband, “my brain is so full – it hurts” at the end of the day. 😊
2. Use my experiences as an addictions counselor and a bible study leader. Work on writing posts that will encourage and edify my readers. I also desire to challenge women to press forward into the victorious life that God wants for them. This includes physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of one’s life.
3. Finish writing a bible study book about our “Our Identity In Christ”. I am also working on creating a 365 days of journal prompts write in journal.

Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 Amplified Bible (AMP)
Two are better than one because they have a more satisfying return for their labor; for if either of them falls, the one will lift up his companion. But woe to him who is alone when he falls and does not have another to lift him up.
